Draw the eye below the vertical halfway point of the head draw the nose roughly between that and the chin draw the bottom lip roughly between the chin and the nose with the mouth slightly above it. If you are drawing in a more realistic anime style you may consider moving the eyes further up.

Anime face proportions side view.

Anime body side view. Anime mouth side view jaw and teeth. Anime girl head structure start by drawing the head without any of the small details. In the side view it will be a slight oval.

The jaw does not simply lower down like an elevator but instead swings down more like a door swings on its hinges but unlike a door it also moves slightly forward. If you are drawing both views at once make sure the proportions of one view match up to the proportions in the other. For the front view star by drawing a vertical line at least as tall as the entire body.

When drawing a mouth in any style its important to understand how the jaw opens. In the front view you can draw a circle to help you get the shape of the top of the head. Please check out my channel if you want to learn how to draw hands or heads as i have covered those topics before.

Okay so now that you have finished three drawing steps on the female anime body you are going to work on adding more shape and definition to the body. Start by drawing out the shape of the head and hair style and then add the bottom eye line. Once that is done draw out the arm lines and then the left thigh.

In the above example you can see the basic proportions for drawing an anime face. Step 1 draw the overall shape of the male body drawing anime guy entire body structure. Real eyes are located directly on the halfway line.

This will help you see if both sides are symmetrical. To place anime eyes on the head form the side view or front view simply divide the head in two vertically and draw the eyes below that line.
